This policy outlines the terms and conditions for booking tours and services with Dream Night Tours. By making a booking, you agree to these terms.
Booking Policy
Booking Confirmation
All bookings are subject to availability. Your booking is considered confirmed only after you receive a confirmation email or message from Dream Night Tours with your booking details.
Payment
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation, unless otherwise specified. We accept payments via credit/debit card and other online payment methods as indicated on our website.
Pricing
All prices are listed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but this will not affect confirmed bookings.
Child Policy
- Children under 3 years old are generally free of charge, provided they do not occupy a seat.
- Child rates apply to children between the ages of 3 and 10.
- Guests aged 11 and above are considered adults.
- Specific age policies may vary by tour; please check the details of your chosen tour.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation by You
To cancel your booking, please contact us via email at info@dreamnighttours.ae or call us at +971 50 23 48 228. The following cancellation charges apply:
- More than 48 hours before the tour: Full refund.
- Between 24 to 48 hours before the tour: 50% refund.
- Less than 24 hours before the tour or no-show: No refund.
Refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7-10 business days.
Cancellation by Dream Night Tours
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, technical issues), we will offer you the choice of an alternative tour date or a full refund.
Amendments
If you wish to change the date of your booking, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. All amendments are subject to availability.
